Parijatha has always been in the forefront of developing innovative technologies many of which were the – FIRST IN THE INDUSTRY. The DUPLEX Hopper feed system is designed for measured discharge of Mixed material into the Mould feed box which helps in the uniform distribution of the material into the Mould cavity. The specially designed synchronous High Intensity Vibration system is equipped with automatic speed control for various stages of the production cycle. This translates into better quality and consistency of product thickness and strength.
The heavy duty tubular frame structure is fabricated using the best welding technology in the industry. It is designed and developed to withstand tough working condition and intense vibrations.
The PLC controlled electrical system with Variable Frequency Drives for various functions can be easily programmed with a user-friendly Touch screen to suit individual requirements which vital in a Vibro-press.
