Wet Cast Lines
Precast Concrete products are produced in a popular method using wet cast production lines. In this process the wet concrete is poured into the Moulds which are either made of Rubber, PU, PVC, Steel etc. The moulds are of various shapes, sizes and designs made as per customer needs and requirements. Then the Moulds are vibrated using the necessary equipment before being stacked using frames or pallets. After the curing process, the products are de-moulded and sealant sprayed if required.
