Hermetic Press or Rotary Press machines are used to produce products like Paving Blocks, Slabs, Terrazzo Tiles, Decorative grooved tiles, and a range of related products.

This process involves pouring the set mix face concrete into the mould first followed by the backing layer and hydraulically pressed under high pressure.

The product produced in this process has higher density, superior abrasive resistance, Better Tensile split strength and excellent finish. Moreover, the surface finish after shot-blasting is unique and stands out compared to any other process of manufacture

Fully Automatic Rotary Press

Parijatha Four Station Hermetic Press APM-416 ED is a Heavy duty Press with independent stations for each of the operations having a pressing force of 300 ton to produce high-density products. This machine can be fully automated from the face mix and backing layer dosing, ejection and handling of the finished products with minimum human intervention.

Also, Parijatha offers other semi-automatic models – two station and three station presses as per customer preferences.
